Deliver & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our flexible return and exchange policy ensures that if for any reason you wish to return or exchange, you can do so easily.

Shipping & Delivery

The Alpha Male uses its BlueEx for order fulfillment. We try our best to deliver the order in our standard time frame of 2-3 working days. However this may vary given the COVID-19 circumstances.

Exchange

Incase of a size change, you may do so by sending us a WhatsApp at 03212545460 or email at customercare@thealphamale.pk within three days of receiving your product. 

Similarly, Incase of a product exchange,  you may do so by sending us a WhatsApp at 03212545460 or email at customercare@thealphamale.pk within three days of receiving your product. Any differential in price will apply if the desired product in exchange has a different price.

• Rs 250 delivery charges will apply for the exchange process. Our courier will collect the return Parcel.
• Entire Return process could take up to 15 days. In exceptional cases, the timeline will be communicated.

Returns

Incase of return, you may do so by sending us a WhatsApp at 03212545460 or email at customercare@thealphamale.pk within three days of receiving your product. After informing, you will have to courier us the parcel back at the communicated address in Karachi. Once our Quality control confirms the product has not been misused or worn, we will issue refund in your bank account.

• Return delivery charges will be borne by the customer
• Refund amount will be deposited back in the customers bank account within 10 days of receiving back the shirt.
